Chris is the right person, but he is in PTO right now.
I've quickly added a section to the notes with the link. Feel free to edit it more if you want (it is a wiki).
I keep the ni/ to Chris so he can review it when he comes back. Meanwhile, I'm closing it.

Thanks :cr and :teoli. I've updated the wording a bit, because, you know, editors ;-)
I've also changed the URL to point to the specific section for FxOS 2.2:

Does that work for you? I'm assuming that you'll be adding further sections to this same page covering new releases as they come out in future?
