We should direct the mozActivity to go to the ACL app detail page when marketplace-openmobile-acl is called so that the user will see the context of what's being installed while they wait for it (it's not the smallest app, and installation takes a while).

I just tried this on OpenC2 firmware W595_0804_USER_AMR.pac, and After marketplace-openmobile-acl is called the users sees the marketplace homepage, not ACL app detail page.
