ABC news and Moneyscope buttons wont hightlight on tab over
After insertion of text or no text, when tab fuction used,
buttons Dont highlight for either section

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open NS browser window
2.Go to URL: http://www.go.com/
3.Scroll to bottom of page
4.Click in text window for MyABCnews.com
5.Insert text
6.Tab over to button
7.repeat steps 4-6 for MONEYScope

Actual Results:  Button does not highlight, but will function in both areas

Expected Results:  Buttons should have a dotted outline to show location

Additional INFO: Functions correctly in IE 5.5
