Calling:

  make check-jit-test JITTEST_TEST_ARGS=basic/

will now run all tests whose name includes "basic/". Similarly, running:

  make check-jit-test JITTEST_TEST_ARGS=basic/timeout-check.js

will run only basic/timeout-check.js.
I found myself running jit-tests...and then being frustrated that I couldn't
run a subset of them to see if specific changes had made any different. I
don't know whether this is a common desire, but it seems like a useful feature
to only run a subset of tests.
