1192316 - Windows XP T-e10s(g1) is permafailing since bug 959567 landed

At the time bug 959567 landed, Talos e10s jobs were running in production but still hidden from when there were being initially greened up. During that short period of time between enabling them across all trees (green) and their unhiding, bug 959567 somehow caused g1 to go permafail on WinXP.

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=4124101&repo=fx-team is an example failure. The |JavaScript error: resource://pdf.js/PdfjsContentUtils.jsm, line 108: TypeError: this._mm.sendSyncMessage(...) is undefined| error appears to be new starting on that push.

Since the job was hidden at the time of bug 959567 landing, we're hiding the job for now.

This log doesn't mention the PdfjsContentUtils.jsm error at all:
