1192534 - Please hide WinXP T-E10s on Treeherder

Please hide WinXP T-E10s from runs on Treeherder.  Updating to the latest talos.json in Bug 1192416 causes T-E10s to break: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=fx-team&revision=7fe4321e40bc.

I followed up with :jmaher about this, and he suggested [0] that we can hide them until it gets debugged because (a) they just got turned on yesterday and (b) they are failing immediately so it's not taking a lot of resources.

I am not aware of how to hide jobs on fx-team/inbound/m-c, but a sheriff can!  Meanwhile I can work on figuring out which of the last ~10 patches to talos is causing winxp e10s issues.

push to try with a custom talos repo so e10s is on by default:

I will reproduce the issue, then backout changes until I find the culprit.  Ideally we will just fix the issue vs a full backout.

If one of you has the opportunity, can you please hide these jobs?
