User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
Build ID: 20150806001005
Steps to reproduce:
You need an HBO Nordic account to be able to access their video player and reproduce this bug unfortunately.
1. Have Flash content set to "Ask to Activate"
2. Go to hbonordic.com and navigate to any video
3. Whole screen will be covered in the gray Flash Player placeholder with the button "Activate Adobe Flash".
4. Click the button. Nothing happens, the Flash Player is still blocked.
5. You can also right click and press "Activate this plugin" with the same result.
Actual results:
See this video: https://i.gyazo.com/a96a751cc8f547a8494381c1170ff97d.mp4
Expected results:
The Flash plugin should have activated and the video player should start.

This seems to be fixed in 40.0 actually. I was able to allow the flash content finally.
