STR:   (Win7, Nightly 42.0a1 (2015-08-09))
1. browser.fullscreen.autohide -> false
2. Ctrl+B to show bookmarks toolbar
3. Open any video. E.g. this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZeRwuN68VQ
4. Go to fullscreen mode
5. Click "fullscreen" button on the video

RESULT:   (watch video)
Transition hasn't triggered. (Steps 1,2 just make the issue more obvious)

This is actually a known issue (for me)... Probably yes we should trigger the transition even when we have been in fullscreen mode. But that would probably need quite a bit of code, which I don't think it's worth touching at present. Maybe I'll try to fix it later.

This seems pretty bad, most windows users on smaller laptops are always in windowed fullscreen mode.
