1192772 - Use Github branch 'b2g_kk_3.5' for Bluedroid on KK devices

Description

We currently use the branch CAF/b2g_kk_3.5 for some of our KK devices.

The branch has reached EOL on CAF. In order to make changes, we'd like to move the code over to our Github repos.

We have one patch in bug 1188461 that is supposed to land in the Github branch.

AFAICT the automated tests in the pull request currently fail because the mirrors haven't been set up yet. I'll ask for review again once the tests run.
