STR: (as of Win7, Nightly 42.0a1 (2015-08-09))
1. Open heavy page like http://geektimes.ru/
2. Right-click on page content while page is still loading.
3. Wait until the page finishes loading
Result: I still see "Stop" menuitem
Expectations: "Stop" menuitem should hide, "Reload" menuitem should appear
