Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
I tend to dislike this kind of thing, as I don't think bugs all reduce to a nice
template.  But I'm ACCEPTing the bug for future consideration.
Just FYI, Christine Begle has now implemented this (but more thoroughly) as a 
separate Bugzilla Helper page.
