messengerLWTheme.css is preprocessed to include linuxShared.css/osxShared.css/windowsShared.css. But this included files are copied to messenger/skin/sharedPlatform.css and the with a @import added in tabmail.css. This makes this preprocessing unneeded.

Remove the preprocessing and move the file to shared as it is the same for all platforms. This patch needs the aero removal patches applied first.
