searchDialog.css from Linux and Windows have tag styles in it also when they import tagColors.css with the same, or newer, definitions.
Remove the definitions and update the MPL header to be like in the other files.

The OS X searchDialog.css has no such definitions and thus nothing is removed.

This patch needs to be applied after the aero removal patches.
