1193263 - Allow reviewers to indicate an app is worthy of featuring (showcase)

We want some way for reviewers to be able to highlight that an app they've just reviewed is worthy of extra attention.  This indication of higher quality could be subsequently exposed directly, or the apps marked then used by curation to create custom collections.

In progress implementation uses the inbuilt 'tags' feature (like Tarako) to indicate the app is a worthy app.  Actual tag name TBD, but I'm using 'showcase' at the moment - we need to decide before launch.

If an app is good for show casing then an automated mail should go on to the curation board members mails for verifying the QA Analysis of the app for the show casing the app.

I might think this will ease out the sorting of the best apps i the marketplace.

if you want an email I can add that (I will need a email address to send to) though you could just run the search each month(?) when you make the changes.

Hello team

Thank you for the great update that you made. The app showcasing feature should be available for the apps for only that will get "approved" status. According to the present situation the nomination checkbox is visible for the apps that we plan to reject.

It might create some spammy emails to all curation board members for an app under the "reject" category. I think this feature is not needed for the apps under the reject plan. Limitation of this feature is required.

I think you are right, having the check box when you reject an app does not have sense, but given the fact that only trained reviewers have access to the reviewer tools I don't think that there will be a real problem. The reviewers should know that only if they approve an app should check the "Nominate this app to be featured" check-box. 
Waiting for Andrew's reply to see if we should reopen this bug.
