the Smart TV product incubation wants to add a content discovery mechanism to move away from the notion of apps towards embracing the open web - i.e. making the TV experience more webby.

For this incubation part, Marketplace and Smart TV teams need to add temporary additional resources, namely 1 UX contractor, 1 Front End developer, 1 back-end developer and 1 QA.

This request is to open up for recruiting a 5-6 months contractor for Q&A support
