We already have Ctrl+Shift+O to open preferences in Developer Tools. Lets make this shortcut to open preferences when devtools box isn't focused Note: However, it may be confuzing to use with Ctrl+Shift+O in devtools. But we already have many hotkeys specific devtools conflicting with other hotkeys
It's silly that we still don't have this. There's one for Add-ons, which seems similar.
A lot of shortcuts have changed since this was filed. Ctrl+Shift+O appears to be available. We could also consider Ctrl+, or others.
Alt+p, ctrl+alt+p, and alt+shift+p are also all unused in FF at the moment.
It's honestly absurd to not have a basic settings shortcut.
