I originally blocked all the things that don't make sense for experiments around here: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/d6ea652c579992daa9041cc9718bb7c6abefbc91/toolkit/mozapps/extensions/content/extensions.css#242 What was added since then that we need to block?

Per IRC we should already be blocking those notification and the originally reported issue is apparently not about an experiment (but rather an addon installed through test pilot). Closing until i hear different reports.
