User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0 Build ID: 20141105223254 Steps to reproduce: When I started using Pinned Tabs, sometimes when I restart Firefox, I get a bunch of blank (non-pinned) tabs opened in my open tabs -- the same number of blank non-pinned tabs as there are pinned tabs. Actual results: see above Expected results: no blank tabs should be generated. I'm also using "Session Manager" and "Tab Mix Plus" which might be to blame?

Attempted steps: Pinned three websites. Restarted browser. The three pinned tabs were opened as expected. One blank tab was opened, as specified in Firefox preferences. The "Session Manager" and "Tab Mix Plus" extensions were installed. Restarted the browser to complete installation. Restarted the browser once again. The results were the same after extension installation. ---- I noticed that you said the bug happens "sometimes." Do you notice a pattern of which situations tend to cause this bug? If you are able to test this bug with the latest Nightly for your system, please update here.
Right, it only happens sometimes, perhaps 10-20% of the time, when I re-open my Firefox session (via Session Manager save). Another symptom is that, when the extra blank tabs appear, sometimes I can't get rid of them. I click on the tab's "X" but nothing happens. Have to restart Firefox, sometimes twice, before I can get rid of them. Once I even got TWICE the number of empty tabs after a restart! Another occasional symptom, and I'm not sure it's related to pinned tabs, is that when I restart a Firefox session, the rows of tabs appear about 1/2 way down the page, and the entire top half of the page becomes a translucent blue "Windows Aero" effect, looking through to my desktop. None of the tabs open. Have to restart Firefox.
