Steps to reproduce:

Are you sure that mt GTX650 (capable uo tp H264 4K 30p via dxva2)
is unable, since FF40, to handle hw acceleration? see here:

It is not resolved, and a duplication.
since starting ff40 the gtx650 is still not supported by firefox, while capable up to 4K!
