1193441 - Add styling for new AAQ

The visual style of the new AAQ doesn't match the rest of the site:

That includes, but is probably not limited to:

* The boxes at the top should have the same style as the boxes on the start page
* The topic selection style needs to be styled
** Also, people might scroll over that selection and then there is no indicator that that's the reason why they can't see the text box
* The title for the search results next to the textbox is pushing into the input field
* The search results need to be presented similar to what we usually use, at the least forum results should display more than just the title.

Styling can be hard, and I want to get this right. This may be overestimation, but I think this should be 3 points, because of the open-ended nature of this bug and because http://i.imgur.com/Q3cUg29.gif
