Click the end call button and nothing happens for a bit

This only happens when the phone call is put on hold. Please see bug 1193840. On the latest master build, phone calls are automatically being put on hold. When you tap the end call button, the phone call does not end. 

This has been backed out by Fabrice so this should be resolved on the next nightly.

My call was a normal call, where I hit the end-call button.
Unable to reproduce this issue on latest Aries. Call is ended within 1 second upon tapping on end call button. Bug repro rate: 0 out of 10 attempts.

Reporter, if you're still seeing this issue please attach a video and also provide your build information.

I understand it was a normal call but the bug I referred to was causing multiple issues with phone calls in general including the non responsiveness of trying to end a call. Can you see if this still reproduces on the latest build? I believe this has been resolved.
