The method nsMimeBaseEmitter::UpdateCharacterSet is case sensitive
(version 0.9.7). I'm not sure if the defect is in this method, or in
callers of this method.
While parsing an RFC 822 mail message generated by Outlook 2002
version 20.3513.3501 SP-1, produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2600.0000,
the first multipart/alternative, text/plain, part has a charset of
charset="iso-8859-1"
While tracing through the MIME parser I noticed that the call to
nsMimeBaseEmitter::UpdateCharacterSet would simply exit because of
the PL_strcasecmp() call.
I'll attach the original message and the call stack.
Cheers,
Daniel

Oops. Never mind. My mistake. I was reading the code incorrectly
(PL_strcasecmp). It works as advertised. This can be closed.
