Steps to reproduce:

I tried restarting in safe-mode, that bought me a second, but I only have one add-on, Noscript, and a plug-in, Adobe Flash Player 11.2 set to ask to activate. I refreshed Firefox to no avail and also uninstalled and then reinstalled both the browser and the Ubuntu mod add-on. I still have a slight delay in start up. I even tried reducing the amount of bookmarks, I only have 9. I have preload installed on my system which seems to reduce the lag on quick restarts, but when I restart my system it is back again. 


Actual results:

No change.


Expected results:

Version 39 start up had no lag at all. Could be my system, it is a Compaq Presario SR5710F AMD Athlon X2 4450e Dual-core 250GB hard drive 3GB RAM Nvidia Geforce 6150 SE standard graphics with driver 304.125 on a 32 bit Lubuntu 14.04.3 system fully updated.

Does not lag in minimized, only when window is Maximized, I thought it might be a resolution error, but it is the same resolution I had since version 39.0.3

Fro me clean profile works stabile
More cpu utylization started after that lines of warnings
