Please add the rsync option "--delay-updates" to the rsync command on line 31 of /data/bedrock/deploy on the bedrock admin node. This should help alleviate some errors we've seen when certain things happen during an rsync (like in bug 1193879).

Change made to -dev, -stage, and -prod deploy scripts (for consistency). I did do a test deploy in -dev and -stage, which seem to have worked just fine. Let me know if the change causes issues.
