Looks like https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/file/bef1e3e26eee/browser/config/mozconfigs/macosx-universal/l10n-mozconfig#l7 should be updated. Other platforms are updated, I think. Probably the merge configs should be updated as well.

m-a-fix-l10n.diff

I didn't include one of the files, that should be bumped by the merge scripts. This will be addressed by the first patch.
This is similar to https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/rev/ae18ebff50df
