User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0 Build ID: 20150807085045 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Public Folders 2. Browse to some random subfolder 3. Some folders are missing (This happens on multiple computers, and every user has a different set of missing folders) This issue occurs on TB versions 36,37,38 and 39 (with or without extensions). Actual results: Folders Pane is missing some of the subfolders in Public Folders directory that is on IMAP server. Other parts of Thunderbird see these subfolders (eg. if I use Move To option to move an email, that missing folder is properly shown in drop-down list when choosing where to move the email) Also if I try to create a subfolder with the name name as the missing one, Thunderbird throws an error that folder already exists but its still not visible from Folders Pane. Expected results: Folder pane should display all subfolders
Tested on EarlyBird 42.0a2 version and the issue still persists. (tried recreating user profiles, problem still exists, only different folders are missing) Even when I'm subscribed to those folders I still can't see them in Folder Pane (screenshot attached). Our mail server is Kerio Connect v8.5.1 if that helps.
Almost 4 months and still nothing? Is it possible that nobody else is experiencing this issue with Folder Pane???
