Details

We'll soon release NSS 3.20. It mostly consists of changes that Firefox doesn't need, however, they shouldn't harm either.

In preparation towards 3.21, it's good to land the changes we already have, Furthermore using it in Firefox is another good test that the NSS 3.20 release is sane.

In the NSS conf call Martin agreed to landing NSS 3.20 into m-c.
