Reproduced with: Latest Nightly 43.0a1 and latest Aurora 42.0a2. Affected platforms: Windows and Ubuntu STR: 1. Open Firefox with a clean profile. 2. Make sure the black DevEdition theme is selected. 3. Open any page (eg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) and go to Menu -> Print Preview. Expected Results: The print preview is correctly opened and the controls are properly displayed. Actual Results: The print preview controls are incorrectly displayed. Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/wuNdREt.png Notes: Reproduced on Windows 7 32-bit, Windows 10 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit. Mac OS X is unaffected. This issue is not a regression. The light DevEdition theme is not affected

This isn't relevant anymore, even with themes applied. A new print UI is coming anyway, so this isn't really useful to fix.
