Details

This bug is about talos test data correctness throughout the automated systems.

Specifically, it's not about tests which measure an incorrect thing, but rather about:

1. Incorrect summary of data inside talos.
2. Incorrect collection/storage of talos data in treeherder.
3. Incorrect perfherder display of data despite treeherder holding the correct data.

Hopefully, fixing all the blocking bugs would make us know that the data pipeline is correct.
