Good idea and Alex Davis and I were thinking the same thing a few days ago based on the learnings from the desktop download page on what activates users. Alex is still getting all of the results and conclusions on the mana test details page: https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/FIREFOX/CTA+to+Download+Firefox+Android+on+Scene+2+of+Desktop+Download+-+Take+2

We should align this message to what Alex has found out actives users the best.

Hi guys,

Though I haven't finished completing filing the mana page with results. If you look at that link Chris shared, version D generated the most traffic to Google Play store. "Next step: download the Firefox app for your phone and table." You could probably add "to start syncing" to the end of this within your context.

Versions C, G, J and L also performed relatively well however they are a less relevant within the context of your call to action.

Note that due to technical limitations, we were unable to determine if it had a higher or lower install rate however, we're going on the assumption that all variations will have a similar install rate on the Google Play store. Success of this test was measured by the number of users that clicked on the GPlay button.

Alex, I'm taking this off our backlog and making it as an enhancement. Since you're more actively involved now, I'll let you make a determination around it's priority in the Trello board. :)
