*Languages*: German, French, Traditional Chinese
*Additional languages*: could expand to other languages and format (on the web instead of posters).

Steps:
- Extract strings 
- Text layout in image file
- Review of localized image & sign off
- Final output, printed posters to offices in Berlin, Paris, and Taipei, (plus MV/SF offices).

So: de, fr, zh-TW. 

If it's only these 3 locales and we need to ask people to review the final image, I guess we can go with individual bugs and a txt file for the translation. Font for Chinese might be challenging.

Hi Peiying - I talked to Jen Bertsch and added her to the bugs.  She said for the additional languages, using the existing web format, it should be a matter of exposing the strings to the localizers.

Hi Stacy,

We can certainly do that. But the file needs to be established in English first, we know where and how these strings are displayed before localized ones can be duplicated.  Web Dev team needs to set this up first.

Will push the strings out later this week, but also not put pressure on having the page localized (e.g. not setting deadlines for now).

Would it be possible to prioritize doing the online versions that are already translated (from translating the posters) first?

Not without exposing the file to all other locales. Anyhow, I'm working on it, I was just waiting for one more page from mozilla.org to push out, and it keeps getting delayed.

There are a few more strings (5/6) in that page, and the case for titles is different, so I can't really copy and paste the current translations safely, it will have to wait for localizers.

While checking that I noted one more difference.

poster: "Maintain multi-layered security controls and practices, many of which are publicly verifiable by our global community."

mozilla.org: "Maintain multi-layered security controls and practices, many of which are publicly verifiable."

Does mozilla.org need an update or we can work on the current text without "by our global community"? If it needs a fix, it would be better to do it before starting localization of the page.

I'll be out next week, at this point I'll push out the current versions of the string. Eventually we can update it if/when we update the design to match the poster.
