2nd host i found spewing the error message: still waiting for root device. reimaging this node as the previous node is getting the full diagnostic treatment. last time we ran into this issue it was because of an imaging issue.

DS is really starting to irritate me. The checkbox for Pre-emptive repair had become unchecked AGAIN. I'm not sure what the heck is reverting the database, but this time I made the file writable only by root, so hopefully it shouldn't revert.
