Steps to reproduce:

Password from a website was stored
Master Password was set

Situation forgot password

->Tools > Password Manager > Manage Stored Passwords

-Search the website with forgotten Password on the left (Domain).
-Activate the appropriate link with the password on the right.


Actual results:

It's not possible to show the password.
All Tabs above (Cookies,Permissions,Preferences,Passwords,Storage) are grey and not activated.
There is no master password query for the password manager.


Expected results:

- Search Website with Password on the left
- Activate the appropriate link with the password on the right.
- Tab Passwords is activated.
- Press on Tab Passwords
- Bottom right the Button to show the Password
- Master password query
- I can see the Password


Last working version of Seamonkey was 2.38a2
