The address book "notes" field will not change size (vertically) as you re-size the window. It does re-size horizontally.

Steps to reproduce:
I am running 31.8.0 in Ubuntu 15.04 64-bit.

1. Open Tuhunderbird
2. Open Addressbook
3. Open a Contact
4. Switch to tab 'Other'
Actual results:
The address book "notes" field will not change size (vertically) as you re-size the window. It does re-size horizontally. It would be great if I could scroll through and see my contact "notes" with a bigger screen. I store tons of customer information in here and a lot of times I copy and paste this information. The way it is now, you have to scroll down and look for the data in a very small viewable window.
Expected results:
The notes column should expand vertically, just as it does horizontally, when you expand the size of the window.

Addressbook will be getting new UI, so => wontfix
