When adding a contact from the dialer app, I get stuck on the "Add contact" page : clicking on the close button or the "Done" button (with the contact page being empty) does nothing.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch the dialer app
2) call somebody
3) click on the "add a new contact" button
4) Without adding anything in the form, try to close the page or to click on the "Done button".

Adding some precisions: 
I can reproduce the bug when I try to add as a new contact a number I typed in the dialer but I haven't call. In that case, the contact form is empty instead of having being filled with the number.
2) like bug 1194984, I can't always reproduce this bug. There are times I can reproduce them several times in a row, and some moment after I did I don't know what, it works again (killing the dialer app doesn't seem to be related).
