See bug 1195079 for details. tests should be moved, and import fixed everywhere if any (check that the GUI is running also).

This will be good as it will also reduce the code in mozreregession.main.

Thanks Jonathan - landed in https://github.com/mozilla/mozregression/commit/187f852bf0e5cf8f8071fc6bcbc02f08f0499108 and https://github.com/mozilla/mozregression/commit/0c4679449dacfd4e1cd7068160143359d64bf0b0.

In fact I want to move in this new module all argument parsing related stuff, which includes parse_dates, parse_bits, etc.(bug 1195079 comment 0)

Anyway this can be handled in bug 1195195 (which will hide all those details in the cli module), so let's resolve this bug now.
