STR: (Win7, Nightly 43.0a1 (2015-08-15)) 1. Open new tab 2. Press Ctrl+Shift+H [Library window will open] 3. Press Ctrl+Shift+B to view bookmarks Result: Nothing happens Expectations: Ctrl+Shift+B should open bookmarks in current Library window Note: Currently user has to choose one of these scenarios: 1) Alt-Tab to another firefox window and then press Ctrl+Shift+B. If that window has DevTools:Debugger focused then user has to choose one of options A) Alt+Tab to another window B) Press Alt, then B (to select "Bookmarks" item), then Enter (this scenario is bad for non-English keyboard layouts) C) Press Alt+D or Shift+F2/F3/F5/F7 or Ctrl+Shift+A/C/K/O/P/Q/S or Ctrl+B/E/H/K/N/T/]/[/[1-9] or (Ctrl+)(Shift+)F6 then Press Ctrl+Shift+B. This is not the shortest way. 2) Press Shift+Tab and then press Down several times, then press Enter (in this scenario user should be attentive because if an input field was focused, then user should press Tab or Shift+Tab several times) This is literally 6 lines of code: 3 for <key>s and 3 for <command>s. Keep it simple.
