Details

When you open a window, keyboard focus is on URL bar - should be on page.

Using the keyboard, to get the focus on the displayed page I have to hit <esc>,
then <Tab>.  Personally, when I open a new window, I need to get on the page
vastly more times than I need, for example, to enter a new URL.

I can just click on the page, but that's pretty annoying if for whatever reason
I happen to be on the keyboard.
