I pushed a new patch. The failure rate has dropped to 2/30 [1]. I'm investigating that new issue.

I ran this test locally and it passed 30/30 times using repeat.

Thanks for confirming the test, John. The job in comment 5 failed due to self.marionette.start_session() error (bug 1172343).
