I think there is a bug filed around about better handling busy databases (like Chrome is running when the migration happens)
We resolved that (bug 706005) by adding a warning (in 42). Vasilica, did you ignore the warning?
This issue reproduces during the import process even with the Chrome browser closed. I’ve also opened Firefox with a clean profile after I closed the Chrome browser and the same result: the history is not imported and the error is thrown in Browser Console. Note: I am using Chrome Version 44.0.2403.155
This should be fixed as a result of bug 1305770 and bug 1285041. Vasilica, can you re-verify?
Added to our todo list.

I have just checked this issue using Nightly 55.0a1 (id: 20170501100238) on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS x64. The migration window worked and Nightly successfully imported History and Bookmarks from Chromium 56.0.2924.76. No errors were thrown in the Browser Console. Please ni? me if I can help with anything else.
