Hi Seth, we detected BSD down at 1:33PM EDT and failed over to the static donation page. Do you have an ETA for restoration of service?
Jon, we're working on this right now and hope to have full recovery soon. We believe that this is an issue with Akamai and our CDN layer at this point, so are working with them to restore.
Jon, we've ID'ed this issue and are working to roll out a fix here, but unfortunately it could take up to 40 minutes as that change propagates across the various Akamai availability zones.
This should be fully rolled out now so everything should be normal and available.
Confirmed, our monitoring started passing checks again at 3:16PM EDT. I'm seeing the BSD form available myself now too. Thanks Seth!
