Details

See bug 9529 for start of this problem (migrated bookmark file was not being
read by Seamonkey).  File is now being read but not able to add new bookmarks to
this profile or to a new profile.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Seamonkey with new profile or migrated profile
2. Go to bookmarks/add current page

Actual results: nothing happens
Expected results: URL of current page appended to list of bookmarks
