1195514 - Change Android 2.3 emulator screen size to 1024 x 1280

The current Android 2.3 emulator screen size is 1024 x 816. 
(The current Android 4.3 emulator screen size is 720 x 1280.)

:kats wants to increase the Android 2.3 screen size to 1024 x (1096 or greater) (see bug 1192616). I am proposing 1024 x 1280.

Attachment: update 2.3 avd to use new screen dimensions

I took the existing Android 2.3 avd definition, updated the screen dimensions in config.ini, re-packaged, and uploaded the new avd to tooltool: The new avd is identical to the previous one, except for configured screen dimensions.

This patch updates mozharness configs to use the new avd from all test jobs.

Logs from the try push show the new dimensions, as measured by sutagent:
