If a job type isn't configured, it should not be offered as an option on the self-serve page. The self serve page for mozilla-b2g37_v2_2r allowed starting of three build types at the bottom of the page, including: Create new nightly builds on mozilla-b2g37_v2_2r revision That builder was not configured, and thus could not be run. (It was run as soon as the builder was added in bug 1177598 comment 34).
Self-serve has absolutely no concept of what's configured. If you can come up with a better description of what it actually does, which would still reasonably fit on the page, we could swap it out. The correct description would be "Attempt to create new instances of every build which has run during the previous 14 days on mozilla-b2g37_v2_2r which contains the string 'nightly' in the job name on mozilla-b2g37_v2_2r revision _____, with no regard to whether or not those builds still exist, and by the act of attempting to create them extend the 14 day hanging-on of jobs which do not exist yet again." Or a hypothetical someone (who hasn't appeared since the first time someone triggered a nightly that no longer existed) could totally rewrite it to use allthethings, and then totally rewrite it again to replace it with something for TC.

BB is dead, long live TC! I think this bug outlived its usefulness. Closing this, feel free to reopen if I'm wrong.
