Description:
In Settings > Homescreens > Homescreen there is a button titled "Change". This button currently has active functionality applied to it.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150817141354
2) Select Settings - Homescreens - Homescreen
3) Select Change 

Actual:
Change button has no functionality.

Expected:
It is expected that selecting the Change button will allow the user to change Homescreen additional options.

This issue DOES occur on the Flame 2.5 and 2.2

Result: Change button has no functionality.
