User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 Build ID: 20150811185633 Steps to reproduce: trying to watch Youtube videos. Actual results: Opened Youtube, page displays in 640X480. System is set for 1280X1024. All other pages I've been to work fine. Youtube displays fine in all other browsers. Will check Safe Mode and update. Expected results: Should display in my system resolution.
Safe Mode doesn't change anything.
Youtube displays properly with a new profile and Beta 41.0b2 just updated. Now, the question is, how do I get Youtube to work properly in my profile so I have all my bookmarks and passwords?
Try to delete the cookies from YT.
You don't think it might have something to do with the beta as it only started happening after the 41.0b1 update?
you can try to spoof the UA (fake FF40) with an add-on to see if it changes something.
Which add-on?
I don't know if it was the User Agent Switcher or the 41.0b2 I installed earlier, but I restarted FF after the installation, although it didn't tell me to, and went to YouTube and had the same problem. For gits and shiggles I checked the menu to se if I had to turn the Switcher on or something since there is no help file to speak of for it. I noticed a zoom function that I hadn't seen before and it was set to 300% for some reason. Scaled it back to 100% and it displays properly again. Is there a keystroke sequence that the browser interpreted as me telling it to zoom to 300%?
Ctrl++ to zoom in. You probably pressed it.

Yeah, all the time in Photoshop when I'm editing images for work. But not that I recall in FF. Oh well. Now I know. Thanks.
