Description:
If the user selects the Change button from the New Homescreen menu they will lose all of the icons from the Homescreen. Restarting the device or force closing the settings will not bring back the icons.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150818012543
2) Select Settings - Homescreens - New Home Screen
3) Select Change 

Actual:
User is able to adjust Homescreen slightly, but after backing out they will lose all icons from the Homescreen.

Expected:
It is expected that selecting the Change button will allow the user to change Homescreen additional options while keeping all of the icons in place from the Homescreen.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5 and 2.2
Result: User loses all icons from Homescreen when selecting change button from New Homescreen menu.
