Details
Debugging xpcshell tests is much more painful than debugging gtests, and the test harness is much less pleasant to use. Let's convert as many ImageLib xpcshell tests as possible to gtests.
I do see some value in keeping a minimal number of xpcshell tests around just to verify that we don't break APIs that addons are using. I don't see any useful role beyond that, though. Any unit tests that verify deeper aspects of behavior would definitely be better implemented as gtests.
