Note: this is a follow-up for Bug 1177130

Reproducible on: Firefox 43.0a1, Firefox 42.0a2 and Firefox 41 Beta 2 under Windows


STR
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile.
2.Install the following multipack: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/test31072015mdl099/ 

ER
The corrupted multipack add-on is not installed and the error doorhanger is successfully displayed.

AR
The installation process remains stuck on confirmation install doorhanger and the error doorhanger is not displayed.

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 43.0a1 (2015-08-17/18), Firefox 42.0a2 (2015-08-17/18) and Firefox 41 Beta 2 using Windows 8.1 32-bit.
- This is not reproducible on Mac OS X 10.10.4 and Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit.
