1196367 - Remove AndroidEclipse build backend

The Android Eclipse IDE integration has been totally superceded by the Android Gradle and IntelliJ integration from Bug 1041395 and friends.  It is almost certainly no longer functional and I know of no users.  We should remove it from the tree entirely.

This looks good to me. I have questions on why some references to Android Studio and IntelliJ snuck in here, as the commit message only references "Android Eclipse." But I trust you.

There was an advertisement that needed to be redirected to Android Studio; there was some old and unsupported stuff for Android Studio in |mach ide|; and there was some incorrect copy-pasta in the CppEclipse backend.  I should have done the middle stuff -- removing the |mach ide| Android Studio support -- in a separate commit or ticket, but meh.
